I had an issue with the A/C in my room, and Derek, the Chief of Maintenance, came to help right away. My room was extremely hot, but he fixed the A/C in about 15 minutes. Derek was very friendly, genuine, and professional. I truly appreciate his quick response and excellent service!

The rooms are dated the shower head was dirty. The tv remote barely worked. The biggest problem I had was I requested a 2pm checkout. The lady who checked me in was super kind and super helpful. She let me know where I could park my semi. From 11am to 2pm housekeeping knocks my door every hour. I told each of them 2pm let checkout and they said ok or sorry. I talked to the front desk guy when he left and he said that he thought I checked out already? I told him on my app it shows a 2pm checkout. He said it showed it in the system as well. Not happy I arrived at about 2am. Offered zero apology or care in anyway shape or form.

We only stayed for a night, but we definitely will come back. The staff super nice and we even got an upgrade for only $10 extra. There is a few cosmic issue but that doesn’t take away from being a nice hotel. They a nice pool that was somewhat heated and the hot tub just feels like a warm bath which is okay for us. In the room we were able to hook up Netflix to watch our show which is a definitely plus. I definitely recommend staying here.
